Rates include cleaning fee and temporary membership in your choice of either The Bald Head Island Club or The Shoals Club. The second club can be added for a nominal fee. 50% deposit due at booking. Remaining balance due 45 days before arrival. Refundable security deposit of $500 required. Ferry, parking and 12.75% State and Local sales taxes are not included in the price Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. *Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only from June August. Four night minimum for holiday weekends. Three night minimum all other times. DISCOUNTS: Contact us for midweek and last minute specials.
